Education/Experience related to teaching this class: I was taught by
my mother to cook from scratch, and have since cooked many different
styles like special diet, whole food, once-a-month, and seasonal cooking.
I also have been a Pampered Chef representative for several years and
often
cook meals at the homes of ladies hosting a party.
