Experience/Education related to teaching this class: I have a degree
in Office Systems Technology, as well as certificates in several office
programs and
medical transcription. I own/operate a bath essentials business and a graphics
design business that specializes in creating websites, desktop publishing,
and multi-media designs for businesses and churches both locally and throughout
the United States . Before starting my businesses, I worked for several area
businesses doing banking and office administration.
