Emily Brooks To All Instructors

Hi there! I am a mom of four busy kiddos and love instructing with BHEA! We have been homeschooling for 6 years and have been members of BHEA since day 1 of our homeschool. I have a passion for sharing my love of history and literature and can often be found spouting off an unsolicited historical fact. I have a master's degree in social work from The University of Tennessee and served as a mental health, hospice, and geriatric social worker before staying home full-time. In my "free time" (whatever that is!), I enjoy volunteering with BHEA, reading, gardening, and musical theatre.
